Wide-drum version of KFI’s U45-R2. More cable capacity for longer pulls. Wide 4-bolt mount pattern.
The KFI U45w-R2 is the wide-drum sibling of the U45-R2. Same 4,500 lb rated line pull, same 1.7 hp motor, same bulletproof KFI build — but a wider drum that holds more cable for longer recoveries and self-rescues. If you wheel hard or work on long pulls, the extra cable length matters.
Comes with 52 ft of steel cable (vs. 38 ft on the standard U45-R2), multi-directional roller fairlead, dynamic and mechanical braking, all-metal cam-activated free spool clutch, dash-mounted rocker switch, and a 14 ft handheld corded remote. Uses KFI’s wide 3.00″ × 6.60″ 4-bolt mounting pattern — make sure your mount supports the wide pattern (most modern KFI UTV mounts do).
