ReadyLift’s 6″ Big Lift Kit for the 2019-2024 Ram 3500HD with the High Output Cummins diesel and Aisin A69RC transmission. Includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case to correct front driveshaft angles for the HD application. Features Bilstein 5100 series shocks tuned specifically for the Ram 3500 HD HO platform. NOT compatible with HEMI gas, dually, Classic body, or factory air suspension trucks.
Fits: 2019-2024 Ram 3500HD 4WD with HIGH OUTPUT Cummins diesel and Aisin transmission ONLY. NOT for: HEMI gas engine, dually models, Classic body, factory air suspension, single cab.

Max tire size: 37×13.50 on 9″ wide wheels with -18 offset
Includes: 6″ front lift springs, 5″ rear taper blocks, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, fabricated steel front and rear track bar brackets, dropped cast iron pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, CNC-machined billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) with transfer case clocking ring, (4) Bilstein 5100 series shocks, and all installation hardware.
